Why double app updates on Google Play?
I noticed strangeness when updating applications in Google Play.
Some applications are updated several times, but there is no version change.
For example, the Moscow Metro was released on November 17, I immediately updated to version 3.0.0.
Now, on December 2, it was again asked to be updated.
I went into the information, and it shows that a new version 3.0.0 was released on November 17 and offers to update again.
In fact, it suggests reinstalling the application.
Is this some kind of bug?

The version you see is just a line. The version number is given by a number that won't tell you anything. Increasing the line for the user is a voluntary matter and is not forced. In addition, it often happens that some bugs become visible only when the application is rolled out to a large percentage of users, and therefore it may be necessary to make a hotfix and upload the same version.
