Why don't utm tags get past the main page when clicking through Instagram ads?

Here I ran into a situation where we drive traffic to the site from Instagram itself, but utm tags are not transmitted beyond the main page. (From the main left the application and there are tags)
Please tell me, can someone come across this and what could be the solutions? this is how it should be, when transitions from the instagram itself, the labels are not transferred further than the first page?
Moreover, if you follow the link from desktops, then the label is transferred from the main and from all other pages.
Or maybe it's in Instagram itself, in how it opens there.

Thanks for your reply. But the link was checked, if you just go from a browser on a computer (not from a mobile phone), then the tags are transmitted everywhere. On mobile, from Instagram itself, only on the main page, and then they are not transmitted. That is, it turns out the scripts on the site work.
