Why don't three finger touchpad gestures work after four finger gestures on Ubuntu?

It costs Ubuntu 20.04 with Gnome. I installed gestures with libinput-gestures, but found that after swiping the touchpad with 4 fingers, all subsequent interactions with 3 fingers are recognized as 1 finger until 4 fingers are swiped again. At the same time, 4-finger gestures always work.
This happens both on Wayland and X. However, this happens even without libinput-gestures
Why is this happening and how to fix it?

Perhaps in /etc/libinput-gestures.conf some action for 4 fingers is registered? The same worth gestures checked and all the rules. But I have KDE, so it might be different.
