Why don't they like systemd in Linux?

Many times I met on the forums dedicated to Linux frank hostility to systemd and its main developer Lennart Pottering. What is the reason?

the main plus is convenient for distributor builders the
main minus is inconvenient for administrators and the rest of the stratum of service personnel, mainly due to the fact that it is new and incomprehensible.
Everything else is trifles.
And as for the transition to personalities, as you know, people love to personalize their admiration or hatred, in this case, Pottering is an outlet for certain circles.

The main reason - "It has always been ..... Everyone already remembers everything by heart and suddenly they come and turn everything upside down, and besides this, inconvenient documentation and crooked commands."
And most importantly - you are a guru, you know all the subtleties. And then to the textbook. Which is terribly oblique.

Did you decide to start a holivarchik? :) Then they would ask "how is centos better than debian" :) or the deadly "why is your linux better than my cute ten" :)
systemd violates one of the main principles of UNIX - "one task - one tool". The sort command sorts the input. The grep command prints lines that match patterns. For some reason, it never occurred to anyone to do something that has the functionality of both, although they are often used in conjunction.
But with systemd, they decided to fix what didn’t break. And they came up with something that takes over the functionality of init. And one more thing. And more of this. And more of this. And binary logs. No doubt - binary logs are more convenient for the programmer (mmmm, they can be more convenient, although I remember working with binary logs of my own format - it was hell). But generally speaking, the user needs logs to diagnose programs.
All of the above is purely IMHO, does not pretend to anything and does not call anyone to anything :)
