Emoticons in Qutim 0.3?

Hello. After reading the article qutIM 0.3: Through hardships to the stars! I decided to try Qutim. And something completely confused in adding emoticons.
So, I install the stable version of qutim 0.3:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:qutim/stable<br/>
sudo apt-get update<br/>
sudo apt-get install qutim

There are no emoticons in the distribution:

In the ~ ppa.launchpad.net/qutim/stable/ubuntu repository, there are no qutim-artwork and qutim-kolobok-nonfree packages either, but there is according to the link qutIM 0.3: Through hardships to the stars! in daily builds.
We set the daily assembly:

sudo add-apt-repository ppa:qutim/qutim<br/>
sudo apt-get update<br/>
sudo apt-get install qutim

I'm trying to install qutim-artwork and qutim-kolobok-nonfree, but the packages are not available:

Copy the folder with emoticons to ~/.local/share/qutim/emoticons/, if you need sounds, then, accordingly, the folder with sounds to ~/.local/share/qutim/sounds/. Just make sure that the emoticons.xml file is correct, not everything suits me from older versions. Just checked, it works.
