Windows crashed after installing debian?

I put Debian near Windows on the allocated 200 GB (the first experience with Linux), but after a day of joy, I found that Windows does not start. I see the following text

spoiler
windows failed to start.A recent hardware or software change might be the cause.To fix the problem :
1.insert yor Windows installationf disc and restart your computer.
2.Choose your language settings and then click "next"
3.click "repair your computer"

"если у вас нету диска бла-бла"
File : \Boot\BCD
Status : 0x000000e
Info : The Boot Configuration Data for your PC is missing or contains errors

I booted from a bootable USB flash drive into system recovery, found the "explorer" item there and, fortunately, found all the files, but Windows could not be restored, I went to the bootloader recovery (MBR) item, and a success message instantly flew out, but the result is zero.

Tell me what to do?

@Zoominger

Restore the bootloader: https://remontka.pro/windows-10-bootloader-fix/
And continue to spin Linux in the virtual machine. Comfortable and nothing buggy.
