Why don't some links open in regular browsers, but open in Torah?

Good afternoon. All of a sudden, some links on the PC did not open in ordinary browsers that I find when searching through Google. Despite the fact that in the Torah these links to the PC come off. On the laptop in normal browsers everything is fine. I have Nod and Windows 7 antivirus on my PC. I can’t understand why.

If you are not trying to check your mail, read a movie search or open a Yandex map behind an "independent firewall", then the problem may be on the side of your provider - a failure either in the routing table or in the DNS cache . Start by checking the last option and set up public DNS servers (Google, Yandex, OpenDNS).
