Why don't sliders work?

I watch a video on installing sliders or instructions, everything is simple there, I connected it and wrote it .. done. It’s another matter for me ... not like people ... I connected everything and prescribed it according to the instructions, but it’s not a slider that is issued, but just pictures, I don’t understand why, I tried owl-caroussel and bxslider.
