Slider for the main page of the site?

I’ve been looking for an hour already and I can’t find anything normal, I come across some junk or sliders for photos, but I need to be able to insert a picture and text that could appear with effects, so that it is full screen and adaptive. I really want to find a normal slider, are there really none?
