Owl carousel slider with responsive video in full screen, is it real?

Good day.
Who dealt with owl carousel, tell me. I want to implement a block on the site with a full-width slider, I want to insert a video in 1 slide so that it automatically plays and adapts to the screen size when the page loads, the first slide (i.e. this video) should also have a scroll speed for example, 10 seconds, and the rest of the slides have 5. Also, the video should not have a control menu (play, pause, sound, rewind)
Tell me, is it possible to implement this?

Really.
1) video only on your hosting, then there will be no control elements;
2) video inside the div width100%, height100% (preferably 100vw by 100vh + using js to calculate for stupid browsers);
3) about the owl duration of individual slides - I'm not sure what is feasible. It is necessary to smoke the documentation.

Everything is real, except that I'm not sure about the different scrolling speed. Read docks by carousel and video tag. By the way, in my opinion, even an example was on the off site.
