Why don't sha256sum.txt and linuxmint.iso hashes match?

This is what the console outputs when using the command

CertUtil -hashfile linuxmint-20.2-xfce-64bit.iso

C:\Users\User\Downloads>CertUtil -hashfile linuxmint-20.2-xfce-64bit.iso
SHA1 hash of file linuxmint-20.2-xfce-64bit.iso:
b5 db c8 8e 76 2b 8c 87 bd 86 79 13 8f 24 a7 9b 08 66 00 fd
CertUtil: -hashfile - command completed successfully.

The linuxmint.com website has a link to a forum that shows that the hashes of the sha256sum.txt and linuxmint.iso files must match when using the CertUtil -hashfile command. Otherwise, something is wrong with the downloaded Linux.

Here on the screen the hashes of the sha256sum.txt and linuxmint.iso files match. I have no.

So, I downloaded one iso image from a torrent on the linuxmint.com site, the other from the LayerOnline mirror of the same site. In both cases, the hashes were the same, but did not match any of the hashes in the sha256sum.txt file.

That is, I strongly doubt that the downloaded iso images were "clumsy", since there is little chance that both images are equally corrupted. But maybe I'm wrong? Or is the CertUtil program not working properly? In any case, how do I know if my version of the iso file is normal?

@fapchat

Read the command carefully. You have SHA1, but you need SHA256
