Why don't problems disappear in pagespeed insight?

Good evening everyone!
Tell me why the problems in pagespeed insight (PSI) do not disappear? For example "optimize images". I downloaded an archive with optimized images. Uploaded to the host. Updated PSI and the problem is still the same. The same trouble and with a file of styles. I took it from the archive + minified it, uploaded it to the host. The problem hasn't gone away either.

The array format is php and not javascript. Look for why your script dumps a php array dump
