Why don't payments work in the sandbox?

Good afternoon, we have reached the final tests of our game (1240810752). We only need to test payments. But we can't test them. When you try to make a payment, after the final confirmation, the system displays a message: "The payment system is not working, please try again later." But as far as I know the system is working. Also the game does not receive any error messages from the system.
Could you suggest what is the problem?
