How to post on the wall in classmates via API?

I'm trying to send a message with a picture to the group page via the Odnoklassniki API and I get an authorization error ( apiok.ru/wiki/display/api/stream.publish)
PERMISSION_DENIED : User must grant an access to permission 'PUBLISH_TO_STREAM'. Moreover, in the application, the checkbox "allow to post without notification" cannot be selected either. What's my mistake?

Write to [email protected], tell us what kind of application you are making, what kind of publishing process you have, show that the publication occurs only with the permission of the user with his explicit intention to publish.
They respond very quickly (surprisingly), almost all questions were answered the same day we sent the letter.
You, however, will need to do not stream.publish, but mediatopic.post. Note that you are actually doing a GET of mediatopic.post, not a POST of mediatopic.post. GET texts will not fit more than 600 Unicode characters (escaping and a limit of 2048 characters in the get-url). OK, they're not going to fix it. :-)
