Why don't metrics and analytics count all visits?

Good afternoon.
Here's the problem. There is a store, a metric is installed, analytics, and another piwik is installed.
All systems do not count some visits. Those. let's say I have 81 orders according to the metric, and there are 115 of them in the CMS. 34 orders were not counted. I sinned on the metrics, put piwik - the same thing, and the most interesting thing is that CMS is Bitrix, there is a built-in analytics system, but it also does not see these visits.
Those. a person actually made an order, but we won’t see it in Bitrix analytics, not in metrics, not in piwik (Google is somehow crooked, but these visits are not there either).
I even did this: an order was received, we open the webvisor metric and look for such a visit. 100% it is not there, because at that time the pages where there was such a product were not opened, but in general they appear in the web browser.
That's where these visits go, why no system sees them. Is this a server? is there Apache + nginx, or something else?

Maybe people with uBlock, my visits will never be shown to anyone because I cut them, and I'm not the only one so smart.

Set better goals, it will be more reliable. When placing an order, an event for the target is triggered.
If you are using a standard component with AJAX work, then there may be a problem with it.

there are systems that analyze logs, but integration with analytics is usually self-written

These are blocker extensions and browsers like Opera where they are already natively built in.
People put them because webmasters have little built-in Bitrix analytics and they add GA, metrics and piwik to the site.
There is only one way to deal with this - to fasten your analytics and best of all on the server side, and cut out everything else.
