I noticed that during the last month some Google sites have not been pinged at all: Angular, grpc, and the last month YouTube has often malfunctioned. Complaints were also received from neighboring countries about disruptions in YouTube. All other sites open normally. While conducting traceroute, I found out that somewhere after the 3rd IP address on the route, the packet is lost. With what can be connected?
