Even if we imagine a situation that claims against a particular user suddenly begin, then the question is according to what criteria will this happen? If a rip is made (on your own or by someone) from a licensed disk, then how to prove that a particular disk is not yours. By tags? Let's say they are spelled out correctly, as in the license. Let there be some unique ID for a particular disk. If it is lost during copying, then it is lost for everyone (both pirates and honest users). If not, then x number of songs with the same ID will appear. How to find out who has a pirate?
I don't think you should bother with this issue. Now, if you receive a letter of complaint, then you will decide whether it is worth keeping illegal content or not.

Why not? As a maximum, I think they will simply remove tracks that violate rights. Those. backup is better to store separately.
