Why don't Java applications autostart on Linux?

Armbian has a tool to add applications to startup. All the basic programs, well, the Ubuntu Mate greeting there, start successfully, but the new item with the java -jar file.jar command is not executed in any way. You need to run the program from a flash drive. Please help me figure it out.

Redirect log output to a file and see why. Most likely not that environment (rights).
