Why don't icons from an SVG sprite placed in a carousel show up in IE after it's initialized?

There is an SVG sprite, implemented via , connected at the top of the page.
There is a carousel on the page, the elements of which use icons from the sprite.
Icons outside the carousel (and in the carousel before it was initialized) are displayed well. But after initialization in IE all versions disappear. Edge has no issues.

In the example, I specifically used 2 different carousels - Slick and Owl Carousel. I gave a delay of 2s so that you can see that the icons are displayed well before initialization.
Any ideas?
UPD: Effect only in IE + Win10 combination. On Win7 everything works fine. Edge on Win10 too
