Why don't Google maps work when creating an apk file for a release?

My application works with google maps. When I install apps through android studio and check if maps work. Yes, the maps are shown and everything works fine.
But, when I create an apk file for release or debug. The cards turn gray. Nothing works. Googling, I realized that the problem occurs with SHA-1.
Through android studio, I got the key, inserted it along with the package name into the Google Api console in the Restrict usage to your Android apps item.
Then I created a new release or debug apk. And no result
In the xml file in the resources, Debug has a key, Release does not have it
