Why don't Google fonts work in Wordpress on local Xampp server?

I connected the fonts in wordpress in the standard underscores template, using Xampp as a local server.
Fonts connected but not working

The problem is probably that the link is not to a local font file.
Who faced such problem?

Open the browser debugger and see if the file downloads.
