Why don't drivers install as a second OS when installing Windows on a Mac via Bootcamp?

Installed Win10 via Bootcamp, created a boot disk through it. During installation, at the stage "Let's connect you to the network", it does not find any networks. If you click skip, the installation completes successfully, but there are NO drivers for the network card, touchpad, and some others ...
What's the matter and how to fix it? I can not download, WiFi does not find it without a driver. I don’t know what specific drivers are needed on a Mac and where to get them (I tried to find out the names in the device manager, but there’s nothing specific there, just for example, there is no PCI driver).
Thanks a lot for your help!

I remember on the Apple website there were drivers. They still exist, but the top ten is not supported. As a crutch, try using Driver Pack . Normal installation via the Internet will not work for you. There you can choose an ISO image of ≈ 16 GB (torrent) with all drivers.
