Why don't color schemes change in IntelliJ IDEA 14?

Greetings.
Installed this development environment and wanted to change the color scheme. I found this site with themes:
www.ideacolorthemes.org/home
The theme can be imported, but the colors do not match the declared. Also, it is not possible to change the colors manually.
