Why don't CNC work on denwer?

I rummaged through more than one page of Google.
So, there is denwer on Windows 10, I'm trying to run opencart with CNC, but the links do not work - they give an error.
The line in the httpd.conf file is
LoadModule rewrite_module modules/mod_rewrite.so
uncommented.
In .htaccess there is a line RewriteEngine on
in phpinfo module loaded.
