Why don't all sounds play in Google Chrome?

Almost everything is reproduced here: sound in music, sound in video, some sound notifications on sites like that too. But there are a couple of sites where some notifications are not played. Here in mozilla, opera there is a sound of notifications, and in chrome there is silence. Or take at least voice messages in VK. It seems that all the sounds from the VK are reproduced, which are there, and if you play a voice message, then there will simply be silence (and in Mozilla the voice message is played with sound). No one accidentally encountered? I just don't want to completely remove chrome and install it again (usually considered as an option), there are too many settings, tabs, etc. Maybe someone has come across and knows what to do?

Maybe in the content settings for these sites the sound is blocked.
And before reinstalling, just sync .
