I don’t know what is the reason, but Yandex perfectly eats the favicon in case I add to the header in HTML:
After that, Yandex pulls up the favicon. First, it appears in the Yandex webmaster and in the metrics (after 1–2 days), and after 2–3 weeks it is already in the search results.
