Why doesn't wrapCSS work in fancybox?

I'm trying to make several pop-up forms on the page with different designs on fancybox.
But for some reason the class from wrapCSS is not added.
Here is a simple example that has wrapCSS but no class is added.
How to connect it correctly?

wrapCSS is gone, baseClass can be used instead, there is also slideClass for slides and baseTpl to create a static template.
