Why doesn't windows firewall block by ip?
Hello! Faced a problem that windows firewall does not block by ip address on windows server 2012. Blocked ip address for incoming connection to all local tcp and udp ports.
PS If you need any additional information, please contact.

In addition to the standard settings:
1. the rule should be for incoming traffic (as far as I understood from the question, you block incoming requests);
2.the rule must be enabled;
3. the correct firewall profile must be selected in the rule (the one used by Windows);
4.Firewall must be enabled (in my opinion, it is disabled by default in the Windows server)
