Why doesn't Windows authentication work in Apache 2.2?

Apache HTTP Server

The computer (win7, ie8) has Apache 2.2 installed , the mod_auth_sspi module is connected.
Registered Directory in http.conf with parameters:
AuthType SSPI
SSPIAuth on
SSPIAuthoritative on
SSPIDomain SSPIOmitDomain
on
Require valid-user
if you open the page from the same computer where Apache is running, then Windows authentication passes and I see my login. If you try to access the same page remotely from a PC (win7, ie8), from a corporate network, then an error appears - 401 Authorization Required.
With what, in my opinion, such strange behavior can be connected.

Solution in another area, PC local policy settings, allow PC access from network...
