Why doesn't Windows 2008r2 DNS zone transfer work?
Hello. I decided to transfer the DNS service from win2008r2 to powerdns, but bad luck: Zone Transfers does not work on the windows server. I tried the options "To any servers", "Only to servers listed on the Name Servers tab" after adding the desired server (located on the same local network), "Only to the following servers".
In all cases, dig -t AXFR domain.com @dns.local from the powerdns server replies with Transfer failed. .
Does anyone have any ideas for troubleshooting this issue?
UPD: tcp/udp port 53 is open.
