Why doesn't Windows 10 show a working SD card?

There are 2 laptops (Win 10 and Win 8.1), there are two SD cards (Transcend 2G and SanDisk 16G) and an adapter.
Problems with the card on 16G. On Win 8.1 the card works. On Win 10, an eject device icon appears in the tray, but on my computer, the icon does not appear. At the same time, the 2G card works fine.
The card is new, only from the store. How to solve this problem? I have no idea...

Do you see the flash drive in Disk Management? If so, try creating the partition again.
