Why doesn't Webstorm see the file that Webpack sees?

webpack sees the file and compiles fine, but webshtorm doesn't see the file and complains about

Mark Directory As => Resource Root

you need to specify the path to webpack.config.js in the settings. Maybe the storm didn't pick it up.
Or picked up, but could not analyze. In this case, a corresponding message will be displayed in the log window at startup.
