Why doesn't WebShtorm see compass?

Installed SASS and Compass.
I wrote in config.rb:
require 'compass/import-once/activate'

"/" css_dir
= "css" sass_dir
= "sass" images_dir
= "img"
javascripts_dir = "js" gives an error message:
