Please tell me how to fix this on the Windows platform (10):

I tried all known methods, including:
1. Reinstall NodeJS (v8, v10)
2. Install .NET Framework 2.0 SDK
3. Install other versions of .NET Framework
4.

npm install --global --production windows-build-tools

5. npm install --msvs_version=2013
Nothing helps...
