Why doesn't Webhook work in Bitbucket on Merge?

Hello,
Please help me with this problem.
I made a Webhook on Bitbucket and set it to work on push and merge for a pull request.
It works on push, but not on merge. Maybe someone came across. I would be grateful for a hint.
This is how the webhook settings look like.

And here I see requests that go to CI (Jenkins) and there are no requests among them when a PR Merge occurs. Therefore, you probably have to think that something is wrong on the Bitbucket side.

Do not believe me, mystic. Didn't change or do anything after posting the question here. Just a couple of hours later, Webhooks for Merge started working :D
