Difficulty with encodings in git

The following situation happened:
There is a repository on BITBUCKET (git) with which 3 people work, with the following systems:
1. Windows 8 Rus, cp1251 encoding
2. Windows 8 Eng, cp1251 encoding
3. Windows XP Rus, cp1251 encoding
All of them have latest version of msysgit.
Initially, the work was carried out on the first 2 configurations and there were no problems. This error, EMNIP, indicates problems with memory access. There are just too many possible reasons.
