Why doesn't webdav(Nautilus) work on Tails LINUX?

As part of the experiment, we created a flash drive with Tails Linux. It was necessary to connect to Yandex disk via webdav. And he, when trying to connect via Nautilus (files), gives an error
"Unable to access location
HTTP Error: Could not connect: Connection refused"
