Why doesn't VS Code + LiverServer refresh the Chrome browser page?

Visual Studio Code

VS Code has the LiveServer extension, Chrome opens at startup, the page being edited opens, but when it is edited, it does not automatically update. It costs clean Windows10 (x64). Where to dig? Before reinstalling the OS everything worked...

Go to File - Preferences. In Common Used at the very top, set to Auto Save - AfterDelay. If desired, Auto Save Delay can be changed to 500. Now we can observe the layout in virtual time.

The folder name starts with a dot ( . ) : .myProjects
In the workspace we're monitoring.
