Why doesn't VS allow you to manage the SQL server?

Hello. If you look at the chronology of my last question, then you can immediately understand that SQL Server has me already ...
A miracle happened, and I set it up the way it should. I did not change any settings during the installation.
I was able to connect to the server through VS 2012. But then another problem arose.

VS completely cut off my database management. I can't do anything but copy and view the properties.
What's the matter?
