What extensions (other than Visual Assist) do you know highlighting brackets when the cursor is inside them?

Some time ago I just installed Visual Assist... and everything would be fine, but they introduced a short trial model... and put up a price tag of at least $119! And I don't use anything from them except parentheses. (I turned everything off due to uselessness or crooked execution) ... but I need brackets because they help very well to cut off the beginning and end of the necessary parts of the code. At least 8500 for one feature that Microsoft didn’t think of until it’s ready to do it ... it’s just a robbery (

Do you know any analogues of such bracket highlighting?

Or a naykraynyak ... a deadly question: how technically difficult is it to make this feature yourself? To date, I have not found any clear documentation or tutorials on how to write extensions... And since such a feature is implemented... it means that it is possible to do it. But I'm a weak programmer and can't pull it without documentation.
