Why doesn't video work in modal window on Joomla 3.5?

There is a site on joomla. I connected the arcticmodal plugin, inserted the video in the template folder into it, but the video does not load. There are no problems with codecs, I checked it on a working video from another site, also no effect. Who will kick in the right direction or explain what the secret is here?
