Why doesn't video rewind work in Django?

I'm making a movie site with Django. When trying to rewind a video, it starts from the beginning and an error is displayed in the console:
ConnectionResetError: [WinError 10054] The remote host forcibly terminated the existing connection

streaming depends on the file format, and is not Django's task at all, especially since static files should be served to nginx
