How to organize without plug-ins in the browser to view a live stream streamed with VLC?

And advise how to organize without plug-ins in the browser to view a live stream, streamed with VLC. The image must be embedded in the page, not in a separate window. For transport, it is desirable to use HTTP, although you can try using RTSP. It is also desirable to use the features of HTML5, namely .
I'm trying to stream with VLC, but unfortunately Firefox just caches the first 2 minutes of the video and then repeats it.
I would like the stream to go continuously, as in IPTV. On the Internet everywhere they write that it is possible, but the methods given do not work.
Example: www.ipeye.ru/index.php?page=gallery

Well, http-stream in vlc, and then it <video src="http://example.com/video.mp4"></video>
should work.
Although, vlc is not the best solution. It doesn't hold a load very well.
