Why doesn't Ubuntu 18.04 launch on the first try?
There is a PC with ubuntu 18.04, kernel 4.15.10-041510-generic, AMD Ryzen 2400G processor, similar errors appear at startup, then just a black screen, after 5-6 reboots the system still boots up, what's the problem?

Try adding acpi=off to the kernel boot options
In the /etc/default/grub
file Replace GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="" with GRUB_CMDLINE_LINUX="acpi=off"
Save the change.
Execute sudo update-grub
