Why doesn't tor change ip address?
I wrote an application that requires parsing a site. This site blocks ip-addresses with frequent access. That is, several times everything worked well, and then a page comes up that says "your ip-address has been accessed too often, enter captcha." The application is on a VPS on ubuntu. Put toriptables2 there.
I launch Tor, they write your new IP address such and such. I launch the application - hold the lock. I change the address, the tor writes the address has changed to such and such, I launch the application again, but the site still says that they often contacted you from your address, although I changed it a second ago. Why is this happening? And how is it normal to change the address so that this does not happen?
