Why doesn't TITLE change after switching to detailed view?

Hello.

In the catalog, sections in the SEO tab have the TITLE field filled
in. Products also have this field filled in the SEO tab. But when you go to the product, TITLE still gets what is filled in the section.

Where to dig? Maybe someone met with a similar situation?
