Where is the order exchange log with 1C in Bitrix?

Where can I see the order exchange log with 1C in Bitrix? Interested in the transfer of orders from 1C to the site.

For orders on the page /bitrix/admin/sale_exchange_log.php?lang=ru
For a specific order - in the order view, the "History of changes" tab. There you can find out by the user who performs the exchange what has been changed. (it's better to have a separate user for sharing)
XML is stored in the upload/ folder

gygy, the answer is "nowhere", and there is no way to turn it on.
