Why doesn't the WordPress theme change right away?

What could be the reasons for the delay in changing content on sites?
Bundle nginx+fpm Cleaned the
cache, the load on the server is not significant.
Where to dig?

First, make sure it's not your browser's fault. Reload by pressing Ctrl+F5, try opening the page in IE via "In private browsing".
If it's still not a browser, try reloading nginx right after changing the content (service nginx reload). So at least it will be clear where to look next.
