Problem with virtual server at Hetzner?
Good evening.
I have a maximum configuration virtual server in Hetzner.
It costs Debian 6.
The last few days the server goes into reboot on its own:

Why guess! You are paying for the service! Write a letter to support, they are very good. quickly respond and help. According to the description, there are indeed problems with hardware ... In general, between the maximum configuration of a virtual server and the minimum of a real dedicated server for Hedzner, the difference in money is not great, but the benefits and advantages are huge!
there could easily be a problem in the hardware - a couple of weeks ago my server (Hetzner server) began to hang stably at ± 00:00.
after the fifth reboot, they climbed to watch the hardware - the fan on the processor got up. Apparently, at that time some resource-intensive tasks turned on (backup most likely) and the machine hung from overheating.
After replacement, no problem.
Good afternoon colleague!
I had a virtual server tariff VQ19 for 2 months. There were no problems. 2-3 weeks ago, the server began to hang randomly, once a day. I wrote to the support, they said that everything is fine on their side, see the installed software. For a long time I could not find a solution to the problem ... I read on the forums that this is a common problem (with hard drives), especially on Hetzner shared hosting. I wrote again to the support with a request to replace the hard drive, which was refused. They advised on one of the forums to switch to the ex4 tariff. Switched to this newest tariff a week ago, there were no problems yet. I wrote to the support with a request to turn off the VQ19 tariff (since I already took ex4), to which I received an answer, they say the tariff will be turned off in 2 weeks, and that those specialists tested the server and identified a problem that was in the hard drive (which they did not specify) . They said that the problem is solved by replacing the hard disk, if I want I can change my mind about turning off the VQ19 tariff. Since I now have 2 servers, I follow the work of the first (old) one. Indeed, the problem has disappeared, but I will still refuse the virtual server ...
I think we can draw some conclusions from here :)
Apparently, the screw was changed on my host machine, because. already
