The video card is switching incorrectly, what's wrong?
There is an nvidia + intel laptop
Installed Ubuntu 14.04.2 LTS
Model nvidia GT540M
Installed nvidia prime according to the instructions www.linuxrussia.com/2015/02/nvidia-prime-ubuntu.ht... I
did everything exactly as written
After installation, I rebooted and got a working table as if with a zoom. You can turn on the terminal. I switched to the intel card via sudo prime-select intel reboot and the desktop is displayed normally.
If you try to select a different resolution with the nvidia card turned on, the desktop is also displayed with a zoom but more clearly.
What can be done?
I'm new to Linux, so please answer in more detail. Thanks for any response.
Google searches give outdated or inappropriate instructions for my case.
